Bill Windsor, Candidate for US Congress, corruption activist, Grand Jury Consultant, fundamental rights activist and Director/Producer of the movie: “Lawless America” will begin his trek across the United States on June 14th, 2012 interviewing victims of judicial misconduct and injustice on a unique and historical campaign to reveal the pandemic of government and judicial corruption…and has taken interest in the “Tyler & Peeps” case regarding two Highwaymen MC NY brothers unjustly charged and convicted in NYS. 
B.A.D. Exec. Director, Hank McGrath, who brought the case to Bill Windsor’s attention prior to his appearance on Hank’s LIVE VOP-FreedomMedia national radio show in April 2012, confirmed today via telephone with Bill that the case and matter will be covered by the interview and campaign. Hank McGrath, B.A.D. Rep. Mike Willig and B.A.D.’s “American Biker Culture” film producer Harold Bryant have teamed up with “Lawless America” as a Campaign Promotion Team in New York to promote Bill Windsor’s campaign in the media and to help prepare the “Tyler & Peeps” case for film interview at the New York State Capital upon Mr. Windsor’s arrival in NY during the period of July 3rd through July 5th, 2012 (dates may vary).
The “Tyler & Peeps” case, to date, is the only case involving “bikers” and the bias, discrimination and injustices suffered by those in the “American Biker Culture” that the film “Lawless America” will be covering. Portions of the film will also be presented to United States Congress in testimony regarding judicial and political misconduct and corruption upon completion of the tour in the fall of 2012.
Upon arrival to each State Capital, Bill will be presenting a proposal to initiate changes in laws which would prevent judicial and political misconduct in our systems of justice and political government.

Here is the information you requested on the NYS “Tyler & Peeps” case. Both parents are willing to be interviewed AT THE NY STATE CAPITAL in Albany, NY and support your campaign. Their contact info is below:
Synopsis: Tyler & “Peeps” are both bikers, they stop in tavern to use bathroom, while Tyler uses bathroom “Peeps”, who cannot hear and is disabled remains near the bathroom by the wall for his brother to come out. All of a sudden a guy (bar owner) literally grabs him as does a number of others and start dragging him out into the parking lot where they commence to beat him…NONE are aware that “Peeps” cannot hear them or is disabled…Tyler comes out of bathroom,notices a ruckus going on goes outside and sees his brother on the ground being kicked and beaten. He tries to break it up and is attacked…police arrive and get the story and put one of the aggressive culprits in police car. The bikers are not arrested, do not press charges and are allowed to leave because the police assessment at the time was that THEY did not commit any crime. Two weeks later Tyler is arrested and charged with “Gang Assault”. Three weeks later “Peeps” is arrested and charged with “Gang Assault”. They are charged with gang assault because both are in a legitimate and legal motorcycle club (with a license on their club wall to be a club). Turns out the owner of the bar and other participants are deeply associated and interrelated with the police along with the DA and the Judge…Although witnesses for the defense came forward to police to give their statements NO STATEMENT FOR THE DEFENDANTS was ever taken by police nor obtained by any personnel of the DA or the court! The brothers are forced by the circumstances of the small town no justice, bias, discrimination against motorcyclists and the unethical, corrupt activity of the police department, DA and Judge – compelled them to quickly take a “cop-out” rather than risk further results of corruption and excessive time. Records and film attest to the herein claims. The only crimes these two brothers committed that day: 1)Stopped to use the bathroom, 2) Peeps is disabled and could not hear the bar owner allegedly screaming at him to get away from the bathroom door (as he claimed is why he attacked Peeps), 3) They rightfully defended themselves. It all started with a disabled person being aggressively attacked (we have the film) BECAUSE HE IS DISABLED! But, the court had no interest in that fact.
If they were not “bikers” this would not have happened to them and there is a campaign through B.A.D.{Bikers Against Discrimination} which is fighting to educate the public to stop bias & discrimination against those in the American Biker Culture.
